- Description
t-boc-N-amido-PEG6-azide is a PEG crosslinking reagent combining an azide group with a Boc-protected amino group. The azide supports click chemistry reactions with alkyne, BCN or DBCO groups to form a stable triazole linkage. Mild acidic conditions can remove the Boc protecting group to expose the free amine.
