t-Boc-N-amido-PEG-OH, MW 2,000 is a t-Boc-protected PEG reagent in the PEG Linkers and Polymer PEG ranges. Treatment with HCl or TFA removes the protecting group to expose a free amine for subsequent coupling. This amine can react with an NHS ester or with a carboxyl group using an activator such as HATU or EDC.
