Fmoc-Gly-Gly-L-Phe-N-[(carboxymethoxy)methyl]Glycinamide is an Fmoc-protected, protease-cleavable linker containing the GGFG (Gly-Gly-Phe-Gly) sequence. It is used in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) synthesis for connecting payloads and antibodies.
