N-(t-butyl ester-PEG2)-N-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a branched PEG linker bearing two terminal propargyl groups and a t-butyl-protected carboxyl group. The propargyl termini react with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules through copper-catalyzed click chemistry to form triazole linkages.
