mPEG-N,N-Ditetradecylacetamide, also known as ALC-0159 or mPEG-DTA, is a PEGylated lipid used in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations. It contributes a hydrophilic layer around nanoparticles that supports stability, reduces immune recognition and extends circulation time.
