DBCO-PEG-OH is a heterobifunctional PEG derivative with a dibenzocyclooctyne group at one end and a hydroxyl group at the other. Its DBCO terminus reacts with azide groups through copper-free click chemistry, supporting bioorthogonal labeling and conjugation.
