N-Succinimidyl 4-(2-pyridyldithio)pentanoate is a non-PEG disulfide linker with an NHS ester and a pyridyl disulfide group. The NHS ester enables labeling of primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-bearing molecules.
