SJF-1528, also known as PROTAC 1, is an EGFR-targeting PROTAC degrader that promotes EGFR ubiquitination and degradation. Reported DC50 values are 39.2 nM for wild-type EGFR in OVCAR8 cells and 736.2 nM for Exon 20 Ins mutant EGFR in HeLa cells. It also degrades HER2 and is used in breast cancer research.
