Pomalidomide-PEG2-propargyl combines a pomalidomide-based cereblon ligand with a PEG2 chain and a terminal propargyl group for PROTAC construction. The propargyl group enables conjugation to azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules through copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne click chemistry. The PEG2 segment supports improved water solubility. This PROTAC linker has the molecular formula C20H21N3O6 and a molecular weight of 399.4.
