Propargyl-PEG5-CE-phosphoramidite combines a terminal alkyne with a phosphoramidite group for nucleic acid chemistry. It can introduce an alkyne into an oligonucleotide during solid-phase synthesis and can also be used in related phosphoramidite chemistry.
