BMS-986365 is an orally active, selective androgen receptor (AR) PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 10-40 nM. It induces cereblon (CRBN) E3 ligase-dependent ubiquitination and degradation of AR and various AR mutants, without degradation of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), or glucocorticoid receptor (GR).
In animal models of advanced prostate cancer, it degrades AR, inhibits AR signaling, and restricts tumor growth. This reagent is used to study metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and is intended for laboratory research only.
