PROTAC GPX4 degrader-4 is a GPX4-targeting PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 5.32 nM. Classified under PROTAC Linkers GPX degrader categories, it inhibits RT4, T24, and J82 cancer cell proliferation with IC50 values of 0.09, 2.97, and 7.58 µM respectively, elevates lipid ROS levels, induces ferroptosis in T24 and RT4 cells, and shows antitumor activity in a T24 tumor-bearing BALB/c nude mouse model, supporting its use in bladder cancer research.
