Propargyl-PEG1-SS-alcohol is a cleavable Click Chemistry crosslinker with a propargyl group, a disulfide bond, and a terminal hydroxyl group. The propargyl moiety undergoes copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition with azide-functionalized compounds or biomolecules to form stable triazole linkages. The hydroxyl group supports further derivatization or substitution with other reactive groups, while the central disulfide bond provides a cleavable point.
