Hexaethylene glycol phosphoramidite is a spacer phosphoramidite reagent used in oligonucleotide synthesis. It supplies a long hydrophilic linker suitable for preparing Scorpion-type qPCR probes, separating biotin from the oligonucleotide strand, and other applications requiring spatial distance between a modifier and the oligo backbone.
