Boc-NH-ethyl-SS-propionic acid is a cleavable disulfide linker with a terminal carboxylic acid group and a Boc-protected amine. The carboxylic acid can form stable amide bonds with primary amines when activated by reagents such as EDC and HATU. The Boc group may be removed under acidic conditions to reveal a free amine for subsequent conjugation. It is soluble in DMSO, DCM, and DMF, with a purity of 98%.
