PROTAC ERa Degrader-4, also identified as Compound ZD12, is an ERα degrader containing OBHSAs, a linker and E3 ligase ligands. It is listed among PROTAC degraders and has a reported Ki of 5.08 μM.
The compound exhibits cell-inhibitory and ERα-degradation activity in tamoxifen-sensitive and tamoxifen-resistant ER+ breast cancer cells, as well as ERα-mutated breast cancer cells.
