endo-BCN-PEG4-PFP ester is a PEG linker for click chemistry that combines a BCN group with an amine-reactive PFP ester. The PFP ester can label primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules, while the BCN group reacts with azide-tagged molecules.
The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The PFP ester offers similar labeling applications to NHS esters with greater stability in aqueous solution. Listed solvents are DMSO, DCM, DMF; the specified purity is 95% and storage temperature is -20°C.
