- Description
endo-BCN-PEG8-NHS ester is a monodisperse PEG linker combining an NHS ester with a BCN group for amine labeling and click chemistry. The NHS ester enables labeling of primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules. The BCN group reacts with azide-tagged biomolecules without copper.
The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. Listed solvents are DMSO, DCM, DMF, and the specified purity is 95%.
