Azido-PEG7-NHS ester is a PEG linker combining an azide group with a terminal NHS ester. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer supports increased solubility in aqueous media. The azide reacts with alkyne, BCN, or DBCO partners through click chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage.
