Azido-PEG1-NHS ester is a PEG reagent offering azide-based click chemistry and NHS ester reactivity toward primary amines. The azide reacts with alkyne, BCN or DBCO groups to form a stable triazole linkage. The NHS ester enables labeling of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules. This amine-reactive PEG linker has a specified purity of 98% and is soluble in DMSO, DCM and DMF.
