Azido-PEG9-amine is a water-soluble PEG crosslinking reagent with amino and azide functional groups. The amino group reacts with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl groups, including ketones and aldehydes. The azide group supports click chemistry with alkynes, BCN and DBCO to form a stable triazole linkage.
