- Description
Azido-PEG4-amine is a bifunctional PEG linker with an amine group and an azide group for conjugation and click chemistry. The amine reacts with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes. The azide reacts with alkyne partners, including BCN and DBCO, to form a stable triazole linkage.
