Amino-PEG2-acid is a bifunctional PEG reagent with an amino group and a terminal carboxylic acid, cataloged among Amino PEG and PEG Acid linkers. Its hydrophilic spacer promotes solubility in aqueous media. The amino group provides a reaction site for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
