Azide-PEG4-Tos is a heterofunctional PEG crosslinker with azide (N3) and tosyl groups. Its azide functionality reacts with alkyne, BCN or DBCO partners through click chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage. The tosyl group provides a leaving group for nucleophilic substitution, offering a separate route for chemical modification.
