N-(Azido-PEG2)-N-Boc-PEG4-NHS ester is a branched PEGylation reagent that combines a terminal azide, an N-Boc-protected amine and a terminal NHS ester. The azide supports click chemistry, while acidic treatment can remove the amine protecting group.
