Acid-PEG3-NHS ester is a PEG linker with carboxylic acid and NHS ester functional groups. Its NHS ester supports labeling of primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules. The carboxylic acid can form a stable amide bond with primary amines using activators such as EDC or HATU.
