11-A-M (solution in ethanol) is an ionizable cationic lipid used to formulate lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). In mice that constitutively express GFP, LNPs containing 11-A-M and siRNA targeting the gene encoding GFP were reported to selectively reduce GFP expression in splenic T cells without affecting hepatocytes. This finding concerns the specified LNP formulation and mouse model rather than a general delivery outcome.
