PC Azido-PEG23-NHS carbonate ester combines a terminal azide, a PEG spacer and a photocleavable linker with an amine-reactive NHS carbonate ester. The azide supports click chemistry conjugation, while the amine-reactive group enables attachment to primary amines on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-bearing molecules. Near-UV irradiation can release the linked molecules through cleavage of the photocleavable segment. Listed solvents are Water, DMSO, DCM, DMF, and the supplied purity is 90%.
