PC Biotin-PEG3-amine is a photocleavable biotin PEG linker used to introduce biotin into NHS ester-containing biomolecules through its amine group. The hydrophilic PEG arm improves the aqueous solubility of labeled molecules. Following capture, biomolecules can be released by near-UV illumination with a low-intensity lamp, such as a 365 nm lamp at 1-5 mW/cm2. The listed purity is 95%.
