Methyltetrazine-PEG4-PFP ester is a heterobifunctional PEG linker combining a methyltetrazine click chemistry handle with an amine-reactive PFP ester. The methyltetrazine group reacts with trans-cyclooctenes (TCO), while the PFP ester provides a separate site for amine coupling and is less susceptible to hydrolysis than an NHS ester.
