N-(t-butyl ester-PEG24)-N-bis(PEG3-azide) is a branched PEG linker with azide groups and a t-butyl-protected carboxyl group. The azides support click chemistry reactions with alkyne reagents, including DBCO, BCN and propargyl reagents. Mild acidic conditions can remove the t-butyl protecting group to expose the carboxyl group.
