Tocofersolan is a vitamin E-derived nonionic surfactant listed in the Lipid-PEG and PEG Linkers categories. Its critical micelle concentration (CMC) is 0.02 mM at room temperature. Reported biochemical activity includes inhibition of P-glycoprotein (MDR1) ATPase activity (IC50 = 0.4-3.25 µM).
