Thiol-PEG4-alcohol is a PEG crosslinker containing thiol and hydroxyl groups. Its thiol functionality reacts with maleimide, OPSS and vinylsulfone groups, as well as metal surfaces such as gold and silver. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
