Sulfo-Cy5 Picolyl Azide is a sulfonated cyanine fluorophore with an azide handle for click chemistry labeling. The azide reacts with terminal alkynes and strained cyclooctynes, including BCN and DBCO. Its Cy5 dye has excitation and emission maxima at 651 nm and 670 nm, respectively.
