- Description
Sulfo-Cy3 Azide is a cyanine fluorophore bearing sulfonate functionality and an azide handle for click chemistry labeling. The azide reacts with terminal alkynes and strained cyclooctynes, including BCN and DBCO. The Cy3 dye has excitation and emission maxima at 555 nm and 570 nm, respectively. Sulfonation increases water solubility; listed solvents include Water, DMSO, DMF, DCM.
