DBCO-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP is a cleavable linker for antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) research that combines a Val-Cit cleavage site with DBCO click functionality. The Val-Cit segment is susceptible to specific cleavage by Cathepsin B, while the PNP group can be displaced by an amine-containing payload. DBCO provides a site for click conjugation with azide-bearing molecules. The reagent is soluble in DMSO and DMF and has a listed purity of 98%.
