t-Boc-aminooxy-PEG6-propargyl is a bifunctional PEG linker combining a propargyl group with a protected aminooxy group. The propargyl terminus couples with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules through copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne click chemistry, forming a stable triazole linkage. Mild acidic deprotection exposes the aminooxy group for reaction with an aldehyde. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases aqueous solubility, supporting its use in conjugation workflows.
