Lipid M (solution in ethanol) is an ionizable cationic lipid with pKa = 6.75, used in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) research for in vivo mRNA delivery. It is cataloged in the ionizable lipid range under SM-102 & Analogs. In cynomolgus monkey studies, LNP formulations containing this lipid and mRNA encoding influenza virus genes were reported to enhance anti-influenza virus IgG titers.
