- Description
Propargyl-PEG6-amine is a PEG crosslinker combining an amine group with a propargyl group. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer can increase the hydrophilicity of a conjugated molecule in aqueous environments. The amine is reactive toward carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl groups such as ketones and aldehydes. The propargyl group enables copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne click chemistry with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules. Listed solvents for solubility are Water, DMSO, DCM, DMF.
