Propargyl-PEG12-amine is a heterobifunctional PEG linker with alkyne and amine terminal groups, suited for click chemistry and bioconjugation workflows. The amine end reacts with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes to form amide bonds.
