- Description
AMCA-PEG8-Propargyl is an AMCA labeling dye with an alkyne handle for copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC). Reaction with azide-bearing partners produces a stable triazole linkage. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer supports aqueous solubility and reduces steric hindrance during binding. The dye may also be used as a quantum yield standard.
