Amino-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE combines a primary amine and hydrophilic PEG spacer with a Val-Cit-PAB linker motif and an MMAE payload. This cleavable ADC linker supports amide formation between its primary amine and carboxylic acids using activating reagents such as HATU or EDC. Enzymatic cleavage of the Val-Cit-PAB motif enables release of MMAE.
