Amine-PEG8-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is a cleavable ADC linker–payload compound combining a primary amine, a hydrophilic PEG spacer and an enzyme-cleavable Val-Cit-PAB motif attached to MMAE. The primary amine supports amide formation with carboxylic acids using activators such as HATU or EDC. Enzymatic cleavage of the linker enables MMAE release. The compound is listed as soluble in DMSO and DMF, with purity of 98% and storage at -20°C.
