Biotin-PEG3-hydrazide is a hydrazide-functionalized biotinylation reagent for labeling glycoproteins and other carbohydrate-containing compounds bearing oxidizable sugars or aldehydes. Reaction of its hydrazide group with an aldehyde forms a semi-permanent hydrazone bond.
