NH2-PEG-DBCO is a heterobifunctional PEG reagent with an amino (NH2) group and a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) group for bioconjugation and chemical modification. Its amino group supports coupling with suitable reactive partners, including carboxylic acids and NHS esters. The DBCO group reacts with azide-containing molecules through strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC), providing a separate route for click chemistry conjugation.
