mPEG4-Val-Ala-PAB-PNP is a cleavable ADC linker combining a hydrophilic PEG spacer, a Val-Ala dipeptide, a p-aminobenzyl (PAB) group and a PNP carbonate. The activated carbonate reacts with amines on target molecules to form carbamate linkages. Protease cleavage of the Val-Ala segment triggers an elimination process within the PAB group, enabling release of an attached drug payload. The specified purity is 95%, with storage at -20°C.
