CNX-500 is a biotin-linked probe based on the covalent Btk inhibitor CC-292. It retains the ability to bind Btk covalently and inhibits Btk with an IC50 of 0.5 nM. Its inhibitory effects on epidermal growth factor receptor, Syk and Lyn are reported to be low.
