ARV-393 is an orally bioavailable PROTAC designed to recruit BCL6 and the E3 ligase cereblon, promoting BCL6 degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Preclinical findings include activity in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma cell lines, as well as tumor suppression in xenograft models.
