BMS-986458 is a selective, orally active, cereblon-based PROTAC degrader targeting BCL6. Its research applications include investigating BCL6 degradation, cell-cycle regulation, antiproliferative and interferon signaling, and changes in CD20 expression and distribution.
This compound is used in B-cell lymphoma research, including studies of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, and relapsed/refractory lymphoma. Additional research interests include follicular helper T-cell phenotypes and combination studies with CD20xCD3 bispecific antibodies.
