PT-65 is a GSK3 degrader that acts through a PROTAC mechanism, with reported activity against GSK3α and GSK3β. In experimental studies, it reduced Okadaic acid-induced tau hyperphosphorylation and improved learning and memory deficits in rat models of Alzheimer's disease.
